2004 IRCC
"Heli Spectatular"
Wrap-Up

This years event was surrounded by more great weather, and a super time was had by all who participated.  Again the scale contest within a larger "Fun-Fly" was a wonderful success, and offers an opportunity for every level of helicopter pilot.  This event continues to grow, and the scale portion in time will become a significant event on it's own merits possibly justifying a totally separate event.  The unique configuration of the IRCC complex allows for contiguous event operations without any event management, airspace or frequency complications.  Regardless if you are a novice, the most experienced FAI or 3D expert or a "scale guy", there will always be plenty of room for you at the IRCC "Heli Spectatular".  Dates for next years event will be released soon.

I believe that a lot of this goes on at a helicopter event.
